SUPPORTING CONSERVATION PROJECTS WORLDWIDE

Contact Us

Colchester Zoo cares passionately about the world's threatened species and so created its charitable arm Action for the Wild in 1993, achieving its charitable status in 2004. The Charitable Trust is dedicated to assisting conservation projects worldwide. Action for the Wild supports and encourages conservation projects that address conservation priorities at both local and global levels. This is achieved through the provision of financial and technical assistance. Applications are only considered with respect to the Zoo's major exhibits and species that Colchester Zoo has in its collection.

Action for the Wild does not support individual or student trips. We only support conservation projects and campaigns, please check this website for a full list of projects we currently support.

We value your comments, questions and suggestions. Please email them to us and we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.
